How do I know which size to order?

Every product page includes a detailed size guide with both UK number sizes (e.g. 6, 8, 10...) and letter sizes (S, M, L) . You’ll also see what size the model is wearing, along with her height , to help you visualise the fit.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 5PM (Monday – Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number . Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear in the courier’s system.

Faulty or incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@louloucouture.com with your order number and photos.

Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours.
Use a mild, non-bio detergent. Do not bleach.
Close zips and hooks before washing.
Wash dark and bright colours separately the first time.
Avoid tumble drying — line dry and reshape while damp.
Cool iron on reverse if needed. Do not iron prints or embellishments.
Do not dry clean unless stated on the garment label.
Always follow the care label instructions if they differ from these guidelines.
