Return & Refund

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

Email us atinfo@louloucouture.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the correct return address and instructions (UK or USA).

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged to avoid damage.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Emailinfo@louloucouture.com with a photo and description. We’ll sort it quickly with either a refund or a replacement – whichever you prefer.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item, and once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the size or style you’d like.

Once we’ve received your return, your refund is usually processed within 5 working days.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders placed before 5PM (Monday – Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery takes 1–5 working days with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri. Please note that during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, New Year) delivery may take slightly longer.

No – delivery is free on all orders in both the UK and USA. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear in the courier’s system.

Yes, in some cases items may be shipped separately – but don’t worry, you’ll still receive tracking for each parcel.

Products & Fit

Every product page includes adetailed size guidewith both UK number sizes (e.g. 6, 8, 10...) and letter sizes (S, M, L). You’ll also see what size the model is wearing, along with her height, to help you visualise the fit.

No worries – you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

Most of our items are true to size, but we always recommend checking the fit notes on the product page for specific guidance.
