RETURN POLICY

At LOULOU COUTURE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@louloucouture.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for (international) return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Order modifications for size, color, or shipping address are permitted within 1 hour of placement. Order cancellations are not allowed.
