Returns
- 30-day returns from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
- Please return items in their original condition and packaging.
- Keep your proof of postage; returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to place a new order; we’ll refund your original once it’s back with us.
Faulty or incorrect item?
- Contact us as soon as possible at support@louloucouture.com with photos and your order number.
Washing & Care
- Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours.
- Use a mild, non-bio detergent. Do not bleach.
- Close zips and hooks and turn garments inside out before washing.
- Wash dark and bright colours separately the first time.
- Avoid tumble drying; line dry and reshape while damp.
- Cool iron on reverse if needed. Do not iron prints or embellishments.
- Do not dry clean unless the garment label states otherwise.
- Always follow the garment’s care label if it differs from these guidelines.
