Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, please place a new order, we’ll refund the original once it’s returned.
Faulty or incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@louloucouture.com with your order number and photos.
Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours.
Use a mild, non-bio detergent. Do not bleach.
Close zips and hooks before washing.
Wash dark and bright colours separately the first time.
Avoid tumble drying — line dry and reshape while damp.
Cool iron on reverse if needed. Do not iron prints or embellishments.
Do not dry clean unless stated on the garment label.
Always follow the care label instructions if they differ from these guidelines.
